Managing Director
André Stürmer was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Freiburg, and an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona. André joined JPMorgan in London in 2000 and worked for 3 years in the Debt Capital Markets division. After completing his bilingual MBA in 2005 he lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, working for one year as a management consultant. Upon his return to South Africa in 2006, André re-joined JPMorgan to drive the expansion of the Sub-Saharan Africa Debt Capital Markets and Derivatives franchise. In that time he worked with a very broad spectrum of borrowers, from the government and parastatals to large corporates and financial institutions, offering a complete range of financing and derivative solutions. He also interacted regularly with domestic investors, in the placement of fixed income instruments, including bonds and mezzanine finance. André joined TriVest in early 2009 as a managing partner, and in the capacity of Operations Director.

Finance Director
Niels von Hase was born in Windhoek, Namibia. He obtained a Master’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) and an Honours degree in Business Science (Finance) at the University of Cape Town and is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA). He joined KPMG in 2003 and completed his articles contract in the Consumer Products and Industrial Markets business unit gaining insight into a variety of different markets including retail, oil and gas, the listed loan stock property market, advertising, fishing and manufacturing. He continued his career at KPMG in the Regional Audit business unit where he acted as the engagement manager responsible for the audits of companies including New Clicks Holdings, AVI group subsidiaries (Irvin & Johnson), Safmarine Container Lines (subsidiary of AP Moeller Maersk), Halliburton South Africa, Acucap Properties and Atlas Properties. Niels joined TriVest in early 2009 as a managing partner, and in the capacity of Finance Director.

Advisor: Human Resources
Pamela Talma was born in Pretoria, South Africa. After matriculating in 2000, she gained extensive experience in external and internal recruitment, before expanding into the full function of human resources. Pam is currently completing a B.Com degree in Industrial Psychology at UNISA. She joined TriVest in August 2008 and provides HR services to all of the TriVest portfolio companies.

Senior Advisor: Financial Management
Marizette Bezuidenhout was born in Phalaborwa, South Africa. She obtained her BCompt degree through Unisa in 2008. She gained extensive knowledge of small and medium sized entities during her four years of CA articles in the areas of accounting and auditing. She joined Lex Legis in 2008 where she worked in the finance department as well as on various forensic accounting assignments. Marizette moved to TriVest in February 2010 where she serves as Senior Financial Management Advisor to various companies within the Group.

Junior Advisor: Administration
Iris Botle Nakeli was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After she matriculated in 2006, she worked as a Receptionist at UwinIwin Incentives, where she was promoted as a Call Centre Agent, gaining extensive Experience in Customer Care/ Customer Service. She was then appointed Executive Personal Assistant. Her journey continued with more4bucks, where she worked as a Customer Care Consultant. In August 2010 Iris joined TriVest as an Office Administrator, and as a Junior Administration Advisor.
Iris is currently completing her PA Diploma and Events Management Certificate at INTEC.
